The Court of Arbitration - the International Arbitration Center of Santo Domingo ( hereinafter only the IACSDRD)

IACSDRD has been founded as a logical response to the needs of international businessmen, investors and foreign corporations active in the Latin America, the Caribbean region or other countries of the world in the need of a fast, decisive, independent, just and price effective arbitration procedure.

The IACSDRD is the first permanent Court of Arbitration in the Dominican Republic specializing in the Ad Hoc arbitration procedures. Nowadays, there are many well respected arbitrators and arbitration courts around the whole world; however, there are many good reasons why to choose the IACSDRD:
